First of all, I have started another blog! It's all in Finnish and I won't be posting my "art" there, just some useless rambling about life and stuff. If you're still intrested, you can click here to see it.

And now onto the actual post! I seriously need to do something else than make human desings PFFFFFFFF. But yeah, have some jettwins.

Like, seriously. It's getting out of control.

Tigergirl - Tiikerityttö

Last monday, we had to write short stories (kinda) on our Finnish class. Here's what I came up with (translated into English) and a related artwork.



"I watch out of the window. Raindrop. Raindrop. Raindrop. My thoughts are wandering, I'm thinking about you. Why can't I remember the sound of your voice anymore? Your smile is also fading, fading, fading from my mind

I can see my own reflection on the rain-striped glass. Am I crying? My hair's all messed up, my makeup's running down my face in streams. Black stripes. Tikergirl, survivor.

I reach to touch the striped reflection in front of me. Our fingertips brush, but I feel no warmth. Icy coldness. "You're so pathetic", I whisper and the Tigergirl on the window repeats my words. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. I pull my hand away, but the cold feeling stays. Without you, there's no warmth, laughter, nothing. Only the comfortless Tikergirl on the window keeps me company.

During those months, it was raining endlessly. In the both sides of my window."

As the title says, I tried lineless again. This turned out better than the previous one, I think, but I still have A LOT to learn.

New layout!

So, as you can see, Positive Vibes went through a little makeover! The old header had started to look so ugly for me, I had to make a new one. And with a new header, the whole blog needed a bit of recoloring. I'm not sure about how long I'm gonna keep this layout, but I kind of like the colours. What do you think?

Then, once again, I have to apologise for not posting anything in a while. I'm such a lazy bum. All I can give you today is a bunch of old stuff and WIPs.

This one I forgot to add to the epic huge post. It's just a scribble made to one of my notebooks at school, but I still like how it turned out. When will I learn to draw on BLANK paper?


WIP of a picture I promised to draw for Lizzleby. It SHOULD be a scene frm her fic, but it's not turning out quite well so I'm not sure if I'm ever gonna finish this.


Aaaaand another WIP, this time from the humanized WaspxBee fic I still haven't started writing. And not sure if I ever will, but it's fun to plan the story and draw ugly sketches like this <8

The EPIC HUGE post.

Tadadaa, it's time for the MASSIVE post! I don't have anything special to brag about right now, so let's just get on to the pictures.


This is my latest school project, a little study of space. It's made of carboard, wooden sticks, paper, fabric and acrylic paints.

Here's another schoolwork. My teacher suggested me to paint something after I had finished the space study and I chose to do something with watercolors, since I hadn't used them since junior high. The painting itself is kinda HUGE, so it would have been impossible to squeeze it into our scanner, that's why I decided to take a photo of it.

A closeup of the face, 'cause I relly like how it turned out, especially the eye.


This one's from the sketchbook I carry with me wherever I go. And why isn't this scanned? Because I'm super lazy and not even sure if our scanner works.

Now onto all the crap I scribble on my notes when I get bored during classes. Which means during every class of the day.

SORRY D8

Gosh guys, I'm really sorry I haven't posted anything at all for a whole MONTH. But I promise you'll get a MASSIVE post on sunday! It will be mostly sketches that I scribble in classes and a couple of school projects, because I haven't finished any digital works at all.

God I'm lazy.

Blergh.

My exams are finally over. Well, actually I had the last test last friday, but I haven't had any "art" to post until now. My artblock still hasn't gone away.

I've also been quite sick lately so drawing hasn't been number one on my to-do list.


Wanted to try out lineless "painting". I'm not kinda sure if I like how this came out, Bee's face looks strange.


This one I finished last night, just before I started vomiting my insides out. Considering that... condition of mine, I think this came out REALLY well.
AND for once, this one has a story! In the episode "Where is thy sting?" Ratchet makes a comment about Autobots not flying? When the twins fly off soon after that, they seem kind of quiet to me. So, I think they were thinking about what Ratchet said. Identity crisis anyone?
And that strange blue light above Jetfire's head? It's Jetstorm, lol.

I really should start posting more often again. Gawd.
